Wahoo... the kit of parts for our MakerBot arrived on October 21st, 2010. We were a little over-whelmed by the total number of parts that came in the box. Luckily, we have some pretty good kids who are willing to step up and help in the build process.
After working on building this for a couple of days, I can definitely tell that some serious thought, design, and engineering has gone in to creating this device! Everything fits together perfectly, and plans to put it together are clear and straight-forward.
I'm impressed so far... students and I cannot wait until it is 100% up and running!
